Our Story

Autumn Page Prather, the CEO of M.A.D.E.™, is an enthusiastic leader and dynamic public speaker, with over 28 years of experience in the financial and insurance sectors. Autumn is a 1997 Cum Laude graduate of Tennessee State University with a B.B.A. She is a Life Member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. where she is a Charter member of the Upsilon Psi Omega Chapter in Nashville, TN, serving as a former Chapter President. Autumn was also appointed to the International HBCU Task Force Committee serving from 2018-2022 as the South Eastern Representative. Throughout her involvement in AKA, Autumn was a Nashville ATHENA Award nominee and awarded President of the Year and Entrepreneur of the Year. She currently serves as Leadership Development Chairman. Ms. Prather has facilitated many leadership, team building and empowerment workshops for teens and adults; and has been the keynote speaker for various events. Autumn is the Creator of G.I.R.L.S., which stands for Growing In Respect, Leadership and Sisterhood. It is an empowerment intensive for young girls to learn to become the best version of themselves. Autumn is also the Founder of the Women and Purpose Virtual Masterclasses, where she hosts online workshops that uplift and educate women in the areas of self-care, mental health, financial empowerment and more.

Sydnei Page Everett, the Executive Director of M.A.D.E.™ is a 2021 Cum Laude graduate of Tennessee State University, where she received a B.S. degree in Public Health. While at TSU, she served as Chairman of the Student Union Board of Governors and received the Dean Student Leadership, Leadership Excellence and Outstanding Student of the Year awards. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and the former President of the Top Teens of America, Inc. Nashville Capitol City Chapter. Sydnei is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Public Health and is the Graduate Assistant to the Office of Student Activities. In 2022, she became an honorary member of the Order of Omega.
